I recently had the pleasure of transacting with Rich on the purchase of a new ride. Allow me clarify as to why I am posting this review, It is because I am highly "allergic" to the car sales process and/or car salesmen approach specifically. The entire game is filthy and cringeworthy and I will do my best to avoid it, full stop. Backstory, I saw the car I was after and texted the number listed in the ad. Rich and I had hammered out the numbers within 2 minutes including a trade in vehicle and it was very fair for both parties. Within 10 minutes the funds cleared Richs' account, within 2 hours I was driving my new car with the plate and registration completed, try that anywhere else....
